• Actions of third parties

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ticketly operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
